Germany 2002 |
| The team of
Carpenters for Christ went to Baumholder, Germany in February of 2002
under the sponsorship of the International Mission Board of the Southern
Baptist Convention to help in the renovation of Trinity Baptist Church.
The church has as it's primary membership the military families of the US
Army and Air Force which have large bases in the area. The pastor,
Rev. Jeffrey Bryan, is an Air Force Officer stationed at Ramstein Air Force
Base. The building used as the church house was in need of complete
renovation. New ceilings, walls, floors and partitions were
installed. It was an unbelievable change in the appearance of the
interior when the Carpenters for Christ left. Below is a series of photos showing the progress of the renovation work, a worship service and a street in Baumholder. Click on picture to enlarge. |
